Slow Down the Talking

Click on the gears icon in the video you are watching, and choose speed. This will allow you to speed up or slow down the video you are watching.

If you do not see this option, you may not have HTML 5 enabled. Go to https://www.youtube.com/html5 to make sure you have this enabled.

再生速度の変更

動画の再生画面で、動画の右下にある「設定」と表示されるアイコンをクリックして下さい。

HTML5プレイヤーにしている場合は「速度」と言う項目が表示されます。右側に表示されているドロップダウンメニューをクリックして下さい。

再生速度の設定が行えます。選択可能な値は「0.25」「0.5」「標準」「1.5」「2」です。「2」を選択した場合は通常の倍のスピードで再生され、「0.5」を選択した場合には通常の半分のスピードで再生されます。
